Big Brother US Season 25

Big Brother US Season 25 is the latest season of the popular reality TV show Big Brother, where a group of contestants live in a house together and compete for a grand prize of $750,000. The season premiered on August 2, 2023, on CBS in the United States, and on Global in Canada, following a 25th Anniversary special aired on July 26. The show is hosted by Julie Chen Moonves, who has been the host since the first season in 2000.

The season features 17 houseguests, who are sequestered in a custom-built house with cameras and microphones recording their every move 24 hours a day. Each week, the houseguests compete in various competitions to win power and safety inside the house. The winner of the Head of Household competition nominates two houseguests for eviction, while the winner of the Power of Veto competition can save one of the nominees or leave them as is. The houseguests then vote to evict one of the nominees, and the evicted houseguest becomes a member of the jury that will decide the winner of the season. The last houseguest standing wins the grand prize.

The season also features some twists and nods to previous seasons, such as the return of the Golden Power of Veto, the Double Eviction, and the Battle Back competition. The season also introduces some new twists, such as the Big Brother Vault, where houseguests can find hidden advantages or punishments, and the Big Brother Roulette, where a random houseguest can change one of the nominations before the eviction vote.
