The Challenge Season 39 is the upcoming season of the reality TV show that follows a group of contestants who compete in various physical and mental challenges for a cash prize. The show is hosted by TJ Lavin and airs on MTV. The season is expected to premiere in October or November 2023.
The theme of the season is “Battle for a New Champion”, which means that the cast consists of 24 players who have never won the show before. These “contenders” will face off against each other and against 10 legendary champions who will return in surprise elimination appearances throughout the season. However, the champions will not be able to join the game if they win an elimination, they will only be there to prevent the contenders from reaching the final.
The cast of the season includes contestants from various shows, such as Summer House, Below Deck, Vanderpump Rules, Family Karma, and Winter House. Some of the contenders are Jessica Brody, Ed Eason, Michele Fitzgerald, Olivia Kaiser, Jay Starrett, and Kyland Young. Some of the champions are CT Tamburello, Cara Maria Sorbello, Jordan Wiseley, Laurel Stucky, and Tori Deal.
The season promises to be full of drama, romance, and fun as the contenders try to prove themselves and earn their first title. The challenges will test their physical and mental abilities, as well as their social and strategic skills. The season will also feature a new interactive fan experience called Polling Party, where viewers can vote on a show-related question each episode. Additionally, there will be a new spin-off show called Married at First Sight: Afterparty, hosted by Keshia Knight Pulliam, who will interview the cast members and get their insights on the show.
